Yes. It is completely free and installable as an offline app (PWA). Every value is sourced from authoritative providers (USGS, EMSC, GDACS, NASA EONET/FIRMS, NOAA NHC/NWS/SWPC/CPC, Open-Meteo, GloFAS). It supplements but does not replace official warnings from local authorities.
